    Description

    These two 6 x 9” tracts are vintage (religious) ephemera paper marking patriarch and Illinois businessman’s Isaac Stevens Metcalf’s life and death. They seem to have been in a Metcalf relative’s possession (see picture of label). One tract is his final Sermon, the other is Memories…of the Old Home. These are dated 1898 but may have been published as late as 1900. Condition is "Used" and paper shows usual signs of being 120+ years old; there is no mildew or odor. One page includes a newspaper clipping (see pictures) that has discolored its enclosing pages. Shipped with USPS First Class.
